We all know that it’s not just the amount of information that has increased but also the speed at which it is distributed. The morning and evening newspapers along with the internet, social media networks, and cable news made it possible to circulate stories across different communities in an instant. Information is within our reach through endless channels and emails, newsletters, live online streaming, instant messaging, and RSS feeds also became our source.

With today’s technology, information overload may be a growing problem but definitely not unbeatable. Performing well under pressure therefore, requires planning and preparation.
